Camp Chippewa for Boys

Camp Chippewa for Boys was founded in 1935 by Otto "Cap" Endres and Helen "Mom" Endres, on an isthmus between Cass Lake and Buck Lake inside the Chippewa National Forest. The Endres family gave the camp and its land to the Camp Chippewa Foundation, a nonprofit, in 1999. It is known for a canoe tripping program that builds from overnights up to expeditions to Hudson Bay.
